The hardware provides a rock solid experience for even the most basic of users. It very rarely errors out, and even that is easily fixed with a quick press of the power button. Ultimately, this is the most important feature of the device and the best selling point. Grandma gets her photos and won't bother you for support. Win/Win The app is the weak part of the experience taking a long time to process and share interactions or albums... Even in some cases never delivering internal album shares and requests to other users. However, again, as it relates to the actual hardware, it works perfectly. Once an album is shared via SMS and accepted, it shows perfectly on the hardware.

My first loop was a Christmas gift from my daughter as she was due to have our first grandchild. I loved it so much I ordered one for my office and one for my parents. Easy to use! Only disappointment was the shipping delay. My parents find it very easy to use as well.

United StatesDoes not work. The screen stays black,
We purchased this in November for my patents ad a gift. It worked fine for about a week. Contacted the company about it and and they sent me a new plug. I was told that would fix the issue. It dod not. They sent me a complete new one and this one wont even turn on. Will be contacting head quarters about this
