Great customer service!

My loop stopped working after a few months due to a faulty wall adapter. Customer service sent me a new wall adapter free of charge. It arrived very quickly. I contacted Loop through the Loop app so I never even had to make a phone call. I found my issue listed under Troubleshooting in the app. They responded very quickly and my Loop is now working perfectly.

Fantastic Gift

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my family knowing that I would be moving away, and the frame has been a great way to share highlights of my week with them. I love getting heart reacts on my photos when they see them. Loop is so special. They also sent me a replacement adapter for free when the previous one failed, and now, the Loop works just fine. The shipping was quick and easy and their customer service was very helpful and prompt. Highly recommend Loop!

Products and Customer Service

I purchased 4 frames as gifts and all parties thoroughly enjoy them. No complaints, AMAZING products. However, one of the frames had a bad wall adapter. I reached out to customer service via email and heard no response. My step-mother also reached out to customer service on the same day and received a response not more than a few hours later. I had the order number, the address of billing and shipping, etc., all the details of the purchase and she had none of it, yet her request was promptly responded to. I then attempted to follow-up my original email referencing the response she received and still nothing. Finally, we just used hers again and got it taken care of. Just seems like customer service is inconsistent. That's my only knock. The products are great, they work as intended and the ease of shareablility between multiple users is awesome.

Questions: Is there a 'Loop 101' article where I can find answers to these questions? 1. How to set up separate accounts (vacation, Smith family, Jones family? 2. Can these accounts be made private, for example hide all pics of the Jones family from the Smith family? 3. My loop stays plugged in. Sometimes I wake in the morning to find the screen lit up and a picture on display. How do I prevent this. 4. Can I delete selected pictures someone else has posted?
